Creations by Spirit LLC is the result of the creative spirit and personal drive known to be Paula J. Dennie, an upcoming fresh art talent residing in upstate New York. Ms. Dennie believes the ability to create art is a "gift" meant to be shared and is therefore determined to offer her original artwork at an affordable price to the public in formats agreeable to most homes and decorating budgets. Coming from a strong management background in the retail industry Ms. Dennie hopes to drive Creations by Spirit to its' second goal - providing the opportunity for "new" artists who have experienced life within a domestic violence situation to sell and exhibit their work.

 

The establishment of a "gallery" style retail environment to showcase these special artists original works as well as her own is part of the future focus for Creations by Spirit LLC. Ms. Dennie is herself a survivor of domestic violence and as such is well aware of the painstaking challenges facing those who still remain or have been fortunate enough to "get out".  Art often times is the only release for the multitude of emotions that arise from exposure to domestic violence.  The need to express may be immediate or follow years of recovery.  The resulting Art is absolutely inspiring and amazing!  Creations by Spirit, LLC has been an "inspired" developement whose true purpose is to ultimately provide a safe environment for these special artists.

 

Establishing the guidlines and legalities of the Survivors Art Collection will take time, patience, and support.  Ms. Dennie is determined to keep this a priority for Creations by Spirit LLC.  The basic requirements for an artists submission is simply the connection to domestic violence.  The Survivors Art Collection sales receipts are those of the original artist less 10% to be used for maintaining the operation of the program by Creations by Spirit LLC . Successful operation will allow for  amounts to be donated to appropriate domestic violence organization support groups. The secondary bi-product of this program will be the continued awareness  that  domestic violence is still a major part of our existance.   Interested groups or individuals are welcome to offer comments and inquiries.

 

Creations by Spirit LLC is a young company filled with spirit, determination and hope.  Art for those who want it and now have a place to get it at an affordable price.  Art for those who need to display it and express themselves free from painful defeating critisms.  Art for all Spirits to share in.  Art for Paula J.
